WHY Does Little Cedars PTA Support Fundraising Activities?

Little Cedars PTA is a nonprofit organization (501c3) and is funded solely through the generosity of donations and a variety of fundraisers. We have a mission to enhance and support the educational programs and events at Little Cedars. Only a small portion of the PTA's income comes from PTA membership dues paid each year. To provide the support to our school and children, and to make programs possible, we need to raise money. In order to raise funds, the PTA supports a variety of fundraisers to fit everyone's preference.

WHERE Does My Fundraising Money Go?

Fundraising allows Little Cedars PTA to provide classroom allocations for teachers, school assemblies, class field trips, a piano lab for our music room, playground equipment for our students, and much more. Through fundraising, LCE PTA supports the Art and Science Docent programs, Bingo Night, Fall Harvest Festival, Holiday Events, Science Fair, Spring Carnival and many other events.
